01 / Business challenge
Eight tools, no single source of truth — growth was leaking through the gaps.
Disconnected tooling
Ticketing, audience CRM, influencer payouts, marketing automation and analytics lived in eight separate systems — every report was a reconciliation project.
No attribution visibility
Organisers could not see which influencer, campaign or channel actually drove a paid ticket — marketing spend was directional, not measurable.
Weak audience intelligence
Buyer profiles, attendance history and engagement signals were fragmented across platforms — personalisation was impossible at scale.
Manual influencer ops
Referral codes, commission tiers and payouts were tracked in spreadsheets. Disputes and delays were eroding partner trust.
Inventory drift across channels
Tickets sold across website, mobile, affiliate and social channels desynced regularly — overselling and refunds hurt the brand and the bottom line.
No forward visibility
Sales forecasts were a gut call. Capacity, pricing and campaign decisions were made too late to move the outcome.
02 / Discovery & strategic planning
Three audiences, one platform — designed before a line of product code.
Operator workshops
Working sessions with organisers, promoters and venue operators to map the lifecycle from concept to post-event analytics — and identify the moments worth automating.
Attendee research
Interviewed and observed ticket buyers across discovery, purchase and event-day flows. Built a journey map that drove the consumer experience and recommendation logic.
Influencer & partner interviews
Listened to creators and affiliates about what they actually need — fast payouts, transparent attribution and a leaderboard that respects their work.
Commercial modelling
Modelled platform economics across ticket fees, marketing lift and influencer commissions to ensure unit economics held at scale.
Architecture assessment
Designed a multi-tenant, event-driven platform that could absorb spikey festival traffic without over-provisioning the steady state.
Roadmap & phasing
Phased the build so the platform shipped value early — ticketing and CRM first, AI and influencer attribution layered in once data was flowing.

04 / Core platform capabilities
An event commerce stack — ticketing, seats, CRM, marketing, distribution.
Advanced ticketing engine
General admission, VIP, early bird, group, dynamic and multi-tier ticketing — with capacity rules, holds, comps and access-code logic baked in.
Interactive seat selection
A visual venue-mapping engine — real-time availability, zone reservations, premium-seat pricing and accessible-seat handling — works for clubs, theatres and 60k-seat arenas.
Influencer marketing ecosystem
Onboarding, unique tracking links, code generation, conversion attribution, tiered commission logic, leaderboards and automated payouts — the operating system for partner-led growth.
Multi-channel distribution
Sell across direct sites, mobile, affiliate networks, partner platforms and social campaigns — with centralised inventory that stays in sync to the second.
Event CRM
Unified attendee profiles, segmentation, purchase and attendance history, engagement scoring and retention tracking — your audience as an asset, not a list.
Marketing automation
Email, SMS and push campaigns, promo codes, retargeting audiences, event reminders and journey automation — triggered by behaviour, not by hand.
05 / AI intelligence layer
AI that moves the metrics organisers actually care about.
Forecasting, scoring, segmentation and recommendations — each capability scoped to a measurable outcome, evaluated against a golden dataset, and shipped behind feature flags with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
Sales forecasting
Predict ticket demand by event, tier, region and channel using historical sales, category, seasonality and marketing performance. Organisers see week-by-week trajectory, not just a final number.
Influencer performance intelligence
Ranks creators by expected ROI, conversion quality and audience fit. The model surfaces who to invest in next — and who quietly carries every campaign.
Audience segmentation
Behavioural clustering on interests, purchase patterns, attendance frequency and spend — segments materialise automatically and stay current as data flows.
Personalised recommendations
Each attendee sees a different homepage. Recommendations blend behaviour, event history, location and lookalike audiences — measurable lift on click-through and conversion.
Revenue intelligence dashboard
Predictive views of ticket sales, revenue, marketing efficiency and audience growth opportunities — translated into one weekly executive narrative.
Dynamic pricing optimisation
AI adjusts tier pricing in real time based on demand velocity, inventory depth and comparable events — maximising revenue per show without alienating early buyers.
Attendee churn & retention scoring
Identifies lapsed buyers and at-risk segments before they disappear. Retention campaigns trigger automatically with offers calibrated to win back the right fans.
Fraud & bot detection
Real-time anomaly detection flags scalper bots, card-testing rings and suspicious checkout patterns before tickets clear — protecting inventory and genuine fans on every on-sale.

Client feedback
"We stopped buying point tools and started running a business. We can see which influencer drove which ticket, which segment will rebook, and which event is about to outperform — before it happens. The platform pays for itself every weekend."

09 / Long-term impact
From ticketing system to event growth ecosystem.
What started as a ticketing replatform is now the operating layer for the entire event business. New venues onboard in days. New ticket types ship without engineering. AI capabilities roll out behind flags with measurable impact on conversion and CAC.
The roadmap ahead — autonomous campaign optimisation, predictive influencer matchmaking, AI-curated event recommendations and sponsor intelligence — extends from the platform we built, not around it. The platform doesn't just sell tickets; it grows the audience.
