Chandan / Brand, packaging & central ERP
Chandan — Supermarket brand, packaging and central ERP

01The brand
A good-quality sign,
drawn into the name.
Chandan runs four supermarket stores in Rajkot and a central godown, and also manufactures and packs its own range of spices, seeds and dry fruits. The business had grown on local trust, but the name looked different on every board, bag and pack, and each store worked from its own records. The engagement covered three things together: a logo and brand that could sit on a store front and a jar label alike, a packaging system for Chandan's own products, and a central system so the stores and the godown work from the same numbers.

The signature
An OK hand
for the “d”.
The everyday gesture for “good quality” forms the d of Chandan. It works across a store fascia and stands alone as an app icon or sticker.
Logo design by Jogiitech
Red for the name.
Gold for the promise.
The identity is built from a wordmark with an OK hand drawn into the 'd', a promise line, and a red and gold palette on warm cream. On own-brand packs, the label grid stays fixed and only the product colour changes.

02Own-brand packaging
One grid.
Six personalities.
Nutrition on the left, the product in the centre, FSSAI, batch, dates and MRP on the right. Only the colour changes, borrowed from what is inside the jar.

Every jar shares the mark, grid and promise, so the products sit together on a shelf as a range.
Stores and godown on the same numbers
The four stores and the godown work from one central system instead of separate records.
